Terms & Conditions

All deposits must be made at or as near to the time of booking as possible and are non refundable.

These cover initial booking costs such as land fee deposits, guide fees and insurance costs where applicable.

Your event will not be “Confirmed” until such deposits are received.

The balance of payments due should be received 1 week prior to the event commencing.

THE EVENT CANNOT BE CANCELLED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT BY THE CLIENT

Refunds may be granted at our discretion bearing in mind that some expenses may have already been incurred and may not be retrievable.

IN ALL CASES HOWEVER WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO OFFER ALTERNATIVE EVENTS / VENUES TO EVERYONE CONCERNED

 The company may however postpone the event and offer alternative dates at any time prior to the event commencing.

Reasons for this this may include adverse weather conditions  or the sites being withdrawn for health & safety reasons (fallen trees for example or military exercise requirements without notice).

ALL DRIVERS AND CO-DRIVERS MUST COMPLETE AND SIGN THE DISCLAIMER AND PERSONAL DETAILS FORM AND PRESENT THEM AT THE START OF ANY EVENT.

ALL PARTICIPANTS SHOULD CONSIDER WHETHER SPECIALIST OFF ROAD INSURANCE WOULD BE APPLICABLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE AND THE EVENT YOU ARE UNDERTAKING.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE WE WILL ALLOW 30 MINUTES FOR YOU TO ARRIVE OR INFORM US OF YOUR LOCATION AND ARRANGE TO MEET YOU AT A POINT ALONG OUR ROUTE FOR THE DAY.

YOU  WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BREAKDOWN RECOVERY FOR YOUR VEHICLE – WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO GET YOUR VEHICLE TO A PUBLIC ROAD WHEREVER POSSIBLE.

WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ACTIONS OF CHILDREN OR PETS  – THEY MUST HOWEVER BE SECURELY SEATBELTED IN THE CASE OF CHILDREN AND UNDER CONTROL IN THE CASE OF DOGS AS THERE ARE MANY FORMS OF WILDLIFE AND LIVESTOCK PRESENT ALONG OUR ROUTES.
